TODAY I PICKED SOME ROSES FROM MY GARDEN :)
AND MADE SOUP ;)

what a weekend ! lol

so I'm making SOUP @@ !

This is my own recipe !

self thought and proud !

Carrot and Veg Soup !
You can see from the bowl that carrot is your main ingredient !

although I have also added some of what I have in my fridge today !

The trick is to have at least 5 times more carrot ! than anything else ...and just use what you have ! soup should be simple ! hot and tasty ;)

Added today , one leek , one celery stick, bunch broccoli, slice of turnip, shake of chili flakes !

and for garnish , asparagus !

The method is simple ^^

saute veg for a couple mins with some olive oil ! add some chili flakes at this point ;)

Next add one pint of chicken stock , then one pint of veg stock !





bring all to boil !

simmer untill veg is tender..

blend all and transfer to bowl ...

wash your soup pot and return blended soup and bring back to the boil !

this soup does not need any more seasoning !





garnish option , !

saute asparagus chopped up !

sprinkle on top of veg soup before serving ;)

enjoy !

my sister arrives with friend in tow for party tomorrow !" and its solstice ^^ im excited yay, I made a wonderful new friend today from texas x hugz dixie :)...

yet cade is only gone an hour and I miss him aww :/ such is the way when they are still only 9 ! its easing a lil although untill his journey is over i remain alert ! I realised when I first set eyes on him that i had created a new worry hormone , followed up quickly by the feed him hormone ! and then the clothes baking hormone ha ha ha ...

I must in some minutes give my undivided attention to my beloved ... he had a cheeky grin walking towards the bathroom tee hee even though between all he has driven around the country and back today sighs <3>

I already know sunday I will be hung over lol , i havent seen my sister since mum passed ! we need to sit and talk and laugh together :)<3>

sooo it may be monday before im back ... with all the news of it all ... son returns sunday nite , my teeth washing hormone hopes he gives two whole mins twice a day ^^ namaste all ,, have a wonderful weekend :)

I am no longer in virtual worlds , Im happily back in the real world !!! phewww he he ...
A wonderful journey and a learning experience ! writing scripts , using applied maths, and physics ^^ yeash I love numbers and codes I have them for breakfast GMT, PDT time , or any time zone for that matter yikes .... Now days I have a much different clock , Im in bed by 11 and up at 6 or 7 ! Depending on my partners work ^^ I like to make his lunch yay ! <3
Son is up at 7.15 ! and on school bus at 8 .... mum free till 3 :))
Kitti was a mermaid in secondlife living underwater mostly ;)
Now I scuba dive with my partner John ! who has for the last 6 years been a firefighter <3>
In January he left the fireservice, to enable us a life together and we moved in april to the mountains :) of course he is still a rescue diver this is a voluntary service and thankfully not a constant demand on him ... and now we dive together for fun :) Truk lagoon next year wooot !
Day to day he has his own company , Heating and plumbing ! and he is good at it all ! including loving me ! I feel blessed to be with this wonderful person , who still carries a rescue kit in his jeep in case he meets an RTA (road traffic accident) , for all those who drink and drive , someone has to cut them out ! Please dont drink and drive x....
Okie he has just come through the dooor ... grubs up <3>

ADD DRY STUFF
CHOCOLATE CHIPS IN !

I thought today i would begin a small blog of pics from my lil garden !
This is an old garden its taken many years for these rambling roses to grow to their
places in my hedge ... It started to rain so I had to stop but, roses and raindrops are very beautiful also :)

My two guys :)

Meet my wonderful partner John and my beautiful son cade :) they are my life :) and I love them more than I can place into words... I walked alone for many years waiting to find my soul mate when he finally arrived I was suprised he he kind of like my son I was 37 when he was born :) I am blessed to ahve them both xx

Welcome to our home :)

This is my garden , or at least some of it :) we are surrounded by forests and woods ;) and a wonderful family of creatures who are very shy and easily frightened ... I hope you enjoy the pictures I have manage to make of some of them, although we have deers all around us they are very hard to catch on camera they run so very fast , but i see them daily and the eveidence they leave on their way :)

This is our cottage :) it has a painted tin roof , once it was thatched and we hope to rethatch it, it is our wish to buy this property! It belongs to an elderly lady who is being cared for now she is 85 ! all her linens and table cloths and beddings are still here and it feels it is only right.

Its saturday morning and I am slowly finding my way around this new space :) i slept late today 840 am ^^ normally im awake at 6 am ... Living in the mountains I try get as much light as possible becaue the winter here will be long , dark and snowy :).... We moved here just two months ago and its been the most exciting new adventure and the hardest time of my life too , two weeks after my move my mother died ... I felt very high above the procedings that followed watching from aboe somewhere , just an observer ... slowly I am float back to earth , i felt i travelled a lil of the way with my Mum on her big journey away from us... you are never quite the same afterwards and it feels hard to explain exactly what has happen but I am a different woman now, now I really am a parent myself. the strange and wonderful thing is it feels as if my Mum waited untill i was safely settled in my new life before leaving to finally be with my Dad who she shared all her life with untill he died when my son was 6 months old ! the old saying comes in to play very much here in my story , when one door closes another one opens... Its been two months now approx although i dont count the days , I am blessed to be in one of the most beautiful places in the world The Garden of Ireland :) Loved and respected very much by my partner John and my lil boy Cade x :) I hope you will enjoy my new journey into my 40,s he he ! Ive had a wonderful life , which ahs lead me down many roads some not so wonderful ha ha but always colourful , looking through the eyes of an artist and a free spirit.
